(1) While deploying a woman worker or employee from 6 A.M. to 6 P.M in the Enterprise other than  as mentioned in Clause (a) of Section 48 of the Act, she may be deployed at work as per the mutual consent entered between worker or employee and Proprietor.
(2) While engaging a woman worker or employee pursuant to Sub-section (1), the Proprietor shall have to arrange for their proper  security.
(3) The Proprietor shall have to provide a notice of engagementof any woman worker or employee pursuant to Sub-section (1) to the Labour Office.
